Sophie Whitworth is a GBR age group triathlete based in Henley-on-Thames. Sophie now runs Swim to Live, Sophie Whitworth Coaching, based at Athlete Service, Henley-on-Thames where she devises bespoke triathlon, swim, bike and running training plans as well as offering swimming video analysis in her endless pool facility.
Mike Whitworth
Mike Whitworth is a GBR age group & long distance triathlete based in Henley-on-Thames. Mike set up Swim to Live with Sophie Whitworth when they moved to Henley, which provides a community for pool and river swimming. After a career in supplying food & drink to UK supermarkets, Mike is now following his passion for coaching as an outdoor swim coach.
