Do you want to make the most of your available training time?
In my experience setting out a training plan to perform well in a specific race or over a race season is vital for personal success. Most triathletes I meet believe they don’t perform as well in races as they do in training, so we look into your past training to understand whether this is a myth or reality.
My approach is under-pinned by Joe Friel’s training philosophies. I will guide you through a full training year, helping you with specific training to do for each discipline, how much to do, how hard & when. I'll just need to find out your aspirations, how much time you have, and how your lifestyle works, then we can build a personalised plan for you.
You can rely on my 25 years’ experience as an athlete in all distances from sprint triathlon to Ironman and more recently my coaching experience to create a balanced plan to suit your life.
What to expect
We collaborate together to build an annual training plan with milestones in training and for key races you are targeting.
Every month we meet to review progress and agree the next 4 weeks' training schedule.
You can choose how you record the data that we review at these sessions, I will guide you on what works best.
£120 includes first 1 hour meeting and the following output:
First 4 weeks training
Annual training plan
Monthly hourly review face-to-face or telecall to suit
Next 4 weeks training
