In my experience setting out a training plan to perform well in a specific race or personal challenge is vital for success.
My approach is under-pinned by Joe Friel’s training philosophies and periodisation. I will devise and guide you through a plan to meet your goal, with relevant training sessions of the right duration and intensity. I'll just need to find out your aspirations, how much time you have, and how your lifestyle works, then we can build a personalised plan for you.
You can rely on my 25 years’ experience as an athlete competing in all triathlon distances, sportives and marathons and more recently my coaching experience, to create a balanced plan to suit your life.
What to expect
We collaborate together to build an annual training plan with milestones in training for the key races you are targeting.
Every month we meet to review progress and agree the next 4 weeks' training schedule.
£120 includes first 1 hour meeting and the following output:
First 4 weeks training
Annual training plan
Monthly hourly review face-to-face or telecall to suit
Next 4 weeks training
