Nothing beats a 1-2-1 coaching session to boost motivation, learn more about endurance training, and improve technique.

Each session is completely individual and can be designed it to suit your needs. Here are some examples:

  • With knowledge of your training zones you can book me to accompany a specific swim, bike or run training session.

  • Support you with swim, bike and run tests to work out your training zones.
  • Practice your transitions and get them spot on.
  • Plan your nutrition for endurance races.
  • Running video analysis to review your form.

This approach really accelerates your training ensuring you train smart every time.
