Austria 70.3 2010
Had a fantastic trip to IM 70.3 Austria. Won my age group (40-44yrs) by 10 mins and was 4th overall in 4.46.45. Emma dews was a stunning winner as ever and biked her legs off in the big ring up all the climbs. I missed the finish chute by accident so should have gone 1 [...][...]
